Commercials

That new commercial with Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld, does anyone have any idea what it's for.  I've seen two different variations of it and I still am not 100% sure that it's not just a reason for them to take up space on the screen for 30 seconds.  Or perhaps it's the 2008 version of "Where's the beef?"  Don't get me wrong, the commercial is still entertaining, however, isn't there usually a product being promoted?

With that being said, my procrastination abilities got the best of me, so I put all homework aside to go searching the web for the classic commercials of the 90s.  Don't you miss "Where's the cream filling" by Hostess.  Or the Pespi girl with all her voices (the one that was in Paulie and Bicentennial Man).  I think my favorites were the Mentos commercials.  I love the the one where the guy sits on the white bench that was just painted in his black suit, then he pops a Mentos and immediately knows how to fix it by laying on the bench and putting stripes on the rest of his suit.  It was classic, Mentos makes you much more clever than Tic Tacs.
